Purposed ammendment to the draft specifications:
If your pick is skipped due to you not picking within the alloted time period.... and your next pick comes up again 12 hours after your last pick expired (TOTAL OF 24 HOURS from when your original pick went on the clock).... you will continue to be skipped to keep the draft moving.
