We also put in a claim for Holland (on August 12). Why didn't he go into minor league FA bidding?

I'm pretty sure that is the same Jaime Garcia that I've had on my team for a few years now. I could be wrong if there is a second person with that name though.

Yeah, I think that this is the same Garcia that you have on your team. I missed his name on the taken players list and I guess that the commish did too. I won't sign him when I post my list of signed players. Sorry
